If your project has not yet been started, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made. “Project commencement” is defined as the point at which our development team has begun active work on your project, which may include tasks such as:

• Initial design mockups
• Development of custom code
• Content integration
• Setup of development environments

No Refunds (After Project Commencement):

Once your project has commenced, as defined above, no refunds will be issued. This is because our team has dedicated time and resources to your project, and these costs are non-recoverable. We understand that this may seem strict, but it is necessary to ensure the continued operation of our business and the fair compensation of our team.

Communication and Project Updates:

We strive to maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will receive regular updates on the progress of your project. We encourage you to communicate with us promptly if you have any concerns or need to make changes to the project scope. Early communication can often help avoid situations where a refund might be requested.

Exceptions:

While our general policy is no refunds after project commencement, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us immediately. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
