For non-urgent issues, response is within 24 business hours. Specific SLA commitments are written into Enterprise Operations agreements.
Do you maintain stores you didn't build?
Yes. Most of our maintenance engagements are on stores built by other agencies or in-house teams. We perform a free pre-engagement audit before committing — to identify operational risk, missing infrastructure, and what's required to bring the store to a maintainable baseline.
What if my store is hacked or compromised?
We perform incident response and cleanup as part of active maintenance engagements. For non-clients in active compromise, we offer one-time hack cleanup engagements — typically $2,500–$8,000 depending on platform and compromise scope. After cleanup, we recommend transitioning to a maintenance retainer to prevent recurrence.
Can you maintain multiple stores under one engagement?
Yes. Multi-store and multi-brand operators can consolidate maintenance under a single engagement. Pricing scales with store count and operational complexity rather than linearly per-store.
Do you offer one-off store optimization without an ongoing retainer?
Yes. We perform one-time engagements — performance optimization, security audits, payment infrastructure reviews, conversion audits — without requiring an ongoing retainer. Most clients move to ongoing operations after the initial engagement, but it's not a requirement.
